stock
We aim to fulfill all orders from our stock within one working day. Which means we will despatch your goods the day after we receive your order.
All items displayed on the website are usually in stock (or due in shortly from our suppliers). On the odd occasion when we run out it might take a day or two for new stock to arrive. If this happens, we will wait until we can send you your complete order before we deliver. If, in waiting for our new stock to appear, our delivery date appears to put your party at risk, we will contact you to discuss possible alternatives.
If you are in any way concerned about the delivery date you may cancel the order at any time up to the point we despatch your order and we will refund you in full.
Our primary concern is for you to have a successful and enjoyable party and we will do everything we can to help you.

Any information you provide is strictly private. We do not sell or rent our customer information to anyone.
Much-A-Do payment pages are held on secure servers to ensure as secure and reliable a service as possible. Much-A-Do does not hold or collect credit card details. If any payment details of this type are used to fulfil a manual order it is used once to facilitate payment and then destroyed.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The only customer information held is that provided at the time of ordering or requesting catalogues. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). The intention of collecting this information is to keep you informed of product and service developments.
If you do not want us to send you any further information about us or our products or if you have any questions/comments about privacy you should email us at party@much-a-do.co.uk. You can check the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

In accordance with the data protection act, any existing customer of Much-A-Do will be included in any direct marketing strategies unless that customer has chosen to opt out.

Our payment server ensures safe and secure payment by using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) enabled link.
Only if your credit card has been authorised will your credit card be debited.

payment options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (formerly Switch), Delta, Solo and Visa affiliated debit cards. We do not accept Visa Electron or American Express cards. Much-A-Do payments are processed by ProtX to ensure as secure and reliable a service as possible. ProtX is a secure, encrypted transaction environment. When you reach the point of entering your credit card details you will be transferred to secure pages to protect your payment details.
Paying by cheque/money order
If you would prefer to pay by cheque or money order then complete the checkout pages, and choose the "Cheque/Phone" payment method. Send us a personal cheque or money order in Pounds Sterling for the amount of your order. We can only accept orders denominated in Pounds Sterling or cheques denominated in Pounds Sterling and drawn on a UK bank.

Paying by cheque does slow your order, as we do not send the items until your funds clear.

returns and refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied every time you shop with us, however, if for any reason you are not completely content with one of our products please send it back, in its original condition, including your original documentation and specifying your reasons for return and action you wish us to take, and we will issue you a full refund for the item, no questions asked.
Please note, all returns must be actioned within 14 days of the purchase date. If you are ordering a significant quantity of a particular product, please ensure you contact us first to discuss our returns policy on large orders.

Don't forget to include the original delivery slip if you still have it and make a note of the reason for return on it.
Please note that refunds to a credit/debit card (via Prot-X) may take up to 10 working days.
product safety
Many of the small items, particularly in Pinata's would be unsuitable for very young children. "Pinata bashing" should be supervised by an adult. Filled Pinatas contain confectionery items so adult monitoring is required to ensure allergy sufferers do not consume unsuitable sweets. Adults should inflate balloons and supervise their use.
